We think everyone will enjoy our Design-A-Foal program.

Simply match your favorite of our carefully selected mares with a stallion of your choice. We want you have the best possible chance to get the foal you want. We will be happy to help you with your selections. Did you know that is even technology available to select the gender of your foal?

Once you have made your decisions we will work to create the foal you designed. Your embryo will be created and transferred to a recipient mare. We can keep your recipient mare and be sure she has the best prenatal care or you can take her home. (See our embryo contract for details.)

If we keep your recipient mare we will give you regular updates on your foal’s progress for your scrap book as the pregnancy proceeds.

When your foal is born we will email you and send you a birth announcement with baby pictures. Your foal will be imprinted, socialized regularly and receive basic training and complete vet care. Your foal will be tractable and easy to handle when it is weaned and comes home to you.

Especially for new horse owners we urge you to come to the ranch and meet your foal, if you haven’t already. We feel that it is important to work with your foal’s and it’s trainer, even if you plan to arrange for professional transport to your home, so you “speak the same language” and have insight into your foal’s individual temperament This will make the transition to your home a smooth one.

It may take a little longer to get the horse you design but we bet it will be the best horse you will ever have.
