The Irish Black Faced Mare

Morning Star is home bred girl.  When I left the barn after her birth, I saw the morning star and thought it was a perfect name for our new filly with a star.  We sold her at her dam Irish’s side in 2009.  We kept track of her because she was the daughter of our beloved Hustler.  She was on the east coast for many years and when she was sold at auction we purchased her.  She was tested PSSM1 negative. Although she is on the small side, having seen the quality of her 2020 Sterling daughter, SSFR Bellatrix, we have decided to add her to our mare band.  4/20
